Dear Students

We want to thank all of our students this semester for choosing us. We appreciate everything you do, try to do, and bring to our classrooms and campus.

We also know that this time of the year can be difficult for many. We will have a Food Bank Donation basket for those who have a bit more and can share with others this year. We will have the donation basket available through to Monday Dec 23rd, 2025 in B201 from 8:30–4:30PM for drop offs of food items. We will be dropping it off that afternoon at a local food bank.

Kindly note, this is not a distribution basket — if you, or someone you know is having a tough time, Financial Aid has emergency bursary gift cards for students in need. No one should ever go hungry in Vancouver — and especially not Langara.

So, if you can spare a can, a box, or other dry goods for the food bank, you can drop them off at B201.
